Rose Consulting is a Pennsylvania based, independent, auditing and consulting firm with clients throughout the United States. Rose Consulting, Inc. was established in 1999 and is a rapidly growing consulting firm.

Our audit process makes it easy for our clients to recover refunds and reduce their ongoing operating costs. As part of our Telecommunications and Data services cost audit, Rose Consulting will audit all of the bills at each location and determine if overbilling exists, once found we will make recommendations to provide savings and remove the overbilling. We will also seek and deliver refunds wherever possible. Rose Consulting provides all of the work on these audits, from working with your staff to gathering the bills to implementation of all recommendations approved by you. And because our fees are based entirely on the savings we deliver to you, you do not pay us a penny until we have provided the refund or savings. Once our audit is complete we will provide a report of findings and recommendations detailing all costs and services found at each location.

Rose Consulting, Inc. will collect and audit six complete months worth of communication and utility bills. We have an eight week turnaround time and then return with a report of our findings and recommendations that will detail any recommendations to save your company money or present any refund opportunities we have uncovered. No changes are made until after we have given you the information and then we have the client sign off on each recommendation made prior to Rose Consulting implementing it.

Our auditing agreement explains that Rose Consulting will share on a percentage basis any refunds and/or credits received as a result of Rose Consulting's efforts. We will also share any savings or reductions in ongoing expenses on telephone, cellular, internet, data and all other utilities. We will handle any billing issue that the client may encounter for the term of the agreement. Make one call to us and we will take over the issue and do the negotiations to get the discrepancies resolved which will save you time and money. For some of our clients, we act as their telecommunications department and perform as needed administrative functions to keep the telecommunications systems running properly. In other cases, we supplement the client's existing telecommunications personnel. We handle projects that the client's staff does not have the technical expertise to undertake, or does not have the time to handle. These clients enjoy a robust telecommunications function, without having to hire additional permanent staff.
